Lake 3:
Is a premier league carp fishery, particularly noted for its commons and it has numerous features including bays, islands, lily beds, gravel bars and plateaus. The average weight of the carp in the lake is still increasing every year and there is a massive head of 20lb specimens and many topping 30lb. The best common to date scaled 41lb 6oz with the best mirror at 36lb 7oz.

For pleasure anglers Lake 3 holds a good head of tench, perch, roach and rudd. Pike have been caught to 31lb and although this species is not plentiful the majority of fish caught are into double figures. The lake also offers quite superb bream fishing. The majority of the bream are into double figures with many 11 and 12lb specimens.’
